One of the options for a Bleakley Ford Impressor Mustang was a “Stainless Off Road Exhaust”.  This car had an H pipe on it with cats.  Once I got the car up in the air it was obvious the cats were added to the H pipe at some point.

When I got to looking at the shape of the H pipe it looked just like a Ford Motorsport 2.25″ off road H pipe that I have on Almost 4 the SA10 build.

You can see in the photos below that it is definitely a Motorsport H pipe that had cats added later.

If you look closely you’ll see that the bends are identical.  These H pipes were not that valuable not too long ago.  Most people wanted to put the 2.5″ exhaust on and even these days up to 3″ exhaust.  These Motorsport H pipes are gaining some interest in a few circles.

In the process of removing the H pipe we had a failure. A stud on the driver side header let go.  Apparently the bolt was married to the stud and took that oath seriously.

Luckily for us, we had the same set of headers in reserve.  So we didn’t have to fight to get the stud out.  Stay tuned for the next video on YouTube because we found something else with that driver side header.
